Force Paste
Overview
Paste clipboard text into any field even when the page blocks paste.
Force Paste inserts clipboard text into the field you are focused on even when a website blocks paste. Many sites cancel the paste event or intercept Ctrl/Cmd+V. This extension does not paste through that path. After you invoke it, it reads the clipboard and writes the text into the input, textarea, or contenteditable field, then fires input and change events so the page still updates. How to use 1. Copy text as usual. 2. Click into the field you want to fill. 3. Force paste with one of: • Shortcut: Alt+Shift+V • Toolbar popup: Force Paste • Right-click an editable field → Force Paste What it supports • Text inputs, including password fields • Textareas • Contenteditable editors • Cursor position and selected-text replacement • Many React-controlled inputs It cannot run on restricted pages such as chrome:// or the Chrome Web Store itself. Disabled and readonly fields are left unchanged. Nothing is sent to a server. Clipboard text stays on your machine and is used only to fill the field you chose.
