Overview

Automatically import purchase invoices and refund receipts from your retailer accounts into your SellerBooks workspace.

Bring your Amazon and Apple purchase invoices into your bookkeeping, without saving a single PDF by hand. SellerBooks Receipt Importer finds the invoice or refund receipt for orders you have already placed, and files it in your SellerBooks workspace, ready to be matched against your bank transactions. It works in your own browser, using the retailer sessions you are already signed in to. Requires a SellerBooks account: https://sellerbooks.ca WHAT IT DOES - Reads your order history on amazon.com, amazon.ca and apple.com while you are signed in - Follows each order to its invoice and uploads that document to your own SellerBooks workspace - Imports only the fiscal year you are working in, by default, so last year's receipts do not land in this year's books. Switch to your full order history whenever you want to catch up - Skips orders it has already captured, so running it twice does not give you two copies - Amazon can also sync once a day on its own, if you turn that on. Apple imports when you ask WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - It never sees your retailer passwords. It uses the session you are already signed in with - It reads only order, order-detail and invoice pages on those retailers. It does not watch any other browsing, and it has no access to any other site - Your receipts are not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising ABOUT THE PERMISSIONS - debugger: Apple does not offer a downloadable invoice file, so the extension renders your invoice page to PDF using Chrome's printing API on the tab you are signed in to. Chrome shows a notice while that happens. It is used for nothing else, only during an import you started, and released as soon as the import finishes - cookies: reads one retailer session cookie and turns it, inside your browser, into a short code that cannot be reversed, so receipts from two accounts on the same retailer stay apart. The cookie itself never leaves your browser - tabs and scripting: opens and reads the retailer order pages an import runs over - storage: holds your SellerBooks sign-in for the session, cleared when you close your browser - alarms and notifications: the optional daily Amazon sync, and letting you know when receipts have arrived Privacy policy: https://sellerbooks.ca/privacy-policy
