Praxy AI - ChatGPT On The Go For Students

Purchased premium, cant log in.

I purchased premium for Praxy on 6/30 and I put in the code from Whop as directed. When I input the code it asks for a username and name. Upon inputting a desired username and my name it just states:

"Oh No! Something Went Wrong!"

Is there anything I should be doing? I have tried different usernames, different names, spaces, no spaces, nothing seems to work. Assistance would be greatly appreciated!
