Save the LinkedIn profile you are viewing to the ICAN Bench or a Recruitment Hub role, and find their email or phone.

ICAN People puts the ICAN portal beside LinkedIn. Open someone's LinkedIn profile and click the ICAN stamp on the right edge of the page (or the toolbar icon). A side panel shows: - whether ICAN already has them (on the Bench, in the Network, or on a role you can see); - the emails and phone numbers ICAN already holds for them; - the open roles you can file to. Save to Bench (top right) puts them on ICAN's Bench as a Candidate, with or without an email. Or pick a role and save. With an email on file they join it as a sourced candidate at Screening. Without one they are held on the role, and become a candidate on the same seat when their email or CV arrives. Nothing is sent to them. Find email and Find phone run ICAN's paid contact lookup (Apollo first), only when you click them. Nothing is charged for a contact ICAN already holds.
