page d'accueil bloque par l'annonce des différents achats de lister

Bonsoir,
J'ai déjà essayer de débattre mon problème via la boite de dialogue, mais sans se comprendre
Après m'être connecté à Yaballe, j'arrive à la page d'accueil qui est bloquée par des propositions de lister à acheter à 19,99 $. et je ne peux rien faire du tout, je n'arrive pas à faire disparaitre cette page.
Donc, je viens à vous afin de m'aider.

מקבלת הערה על אפשרויות מרובות כאשר יש רק אחת

שלום. יש לי את הגירסה החינמית. אני מעלה מוצרים מעלי אקספרס ולא מקבלת את האפשרות לרשום מחיר. (נשאר משבצת אפורה ללא יכולת רישום).
ב ITEM VARIATIONS רשום רק אופציה אחת.
כשאני לוחצת על list item אני מקבלת את ההודעה :
Multi variation listings are available only for paying users. Please upgrade your plan in order to be able to list multiple variation items.
מה עושים? איך אני יכולה להעלות מוצר??

it doesn't list me

hello it's been several days that I try to do the listing on ebay, but it does not go, when I click on list manually opens me a blank page I wait and nothing happens, I contacted the yaballe customer service I followed their instructions, but still no solution. maybe because I live in Italy? so use ebay.it but ebay.it is not in the list of sites to here you connect the extension. on ebai.it when I click on the extension of yaballe (right button) I read yaballe can read and change the site data only when you click on the extension, does not make me select ebay.it,
so I click on the yaballe extension when I'm on ebay.it. however when I go on extensions (the puzzle symbol at the top) I read that the extension has full access to the site. but it doesn't make me a listing.i also tried on another pc but nothing. I use yaballe non-api thank you in advance for your answer.

bonjour je n arrive pas a souscrire un plan d abonnement de yaballe pour lister des produits en masse et accéder a la commande automatique et toutes les fonctionnalités du bulk;je suis sur yaballe non API et je voudrais le changer pour avoir acces au version de YABALLE TOUTE COMPLéte .?votre aide me sera d une grande utilité.MERCI

פעם כשהייתי משתמשת ביבלה הכתובת של הקונה ישר הייתה מופיעה עם כל הפרטים באמזון למה עכשיו אני צריכה להעתיק את הפרטים באופן ידני?
