Hate it. It works once and then doesn't and keeeps saying for me to download it.

Doesnt work. The moment the transfer is enabled, my internet communication turns off - most likely triggered by some ports being disabled? Super weird. Of course no information how to solve this problem... (MacOS user btw)

See no purpose for this. Terrible program and is such a pain

Just awful and unintuitive. If anything, it has increased the time it takes to acquire digital assets.

Unintuitive and forced solution for doing things that can safely be done from frontend.

IBM Aspera Connect Extension does not work with Chrome & Incognito window. I tried with Microsoft Edge browser and it worked. Please try Microsoft Edge browser.

This is just not acceptable, making this extension required to download a file!

It doesn't open at all. And in the extensions only this logo doesn't have the hyperlink effect. So disappointed.
