Stop scrolling away from the video to read the comments. Eavesdrop puts YouTube comments in a floating glass panel right on top of the player, so you can watch and read at the same time — in normal, theater and fullscreen mode. WATCH AND READ AT THE SAME TIME • A floating panel over the video: drag it anywhere, resize it, snap it to a corner, or minimize it to a small bubble. • Adjustable opacity: see more of the video behind the panel, or make it solid. • Auto-scroll: comments scroll by themselves while you watch. One click pauses it. • Replies open inline, and you can hide them again. COMMENTS THAT FOLLOW THE VIDEO • Comments about this moment: see what people say about the exact part you're watching. • Community index: the moments people mention most, one click away. • Clickable timestamps: "3:45" in a comment jumps the video right there. • New since your last visit: jump straight to comments posted after you last watched. FIND WHAT MATTERS • Search the loaded comments and sort them by likes. • Mute words: comments with words you choose are blurred (great for spoilers), with a button to reveal them. • Optional quick filters: only comments with timestamps, or only the most liked.
