Missing purchases

I orderedsome time ago, say September, a waterproof speaker, and another purchase of headphones, over the head blue tooth ones.
They never arrived.
Can you please follow up and refund me please, as they say they were delivered, but have not done so.

How is it that the bidding is at $30 and the screen suddenly says bidding closed winning bid $50. How can I access this?
