PIIRUS adds browser protection against annoying and risky pages. • Blocks forced pop-ups, pop-unders, and scripted new-tab links. • Blocks ads and trackers, with separate controls for ad blocking and site protection. • Warns before known scam, phishing, and malware sites. • Detects look-alike domains and can optionally warn about brand-new websites. • Auto-panic helps clear fake virus and tech-support scare pages. • Supports cosmetic filter rules, including site-specific rules and exceptions. • Lets you report a suspicious site or flag a warning as a false alarm. • Optionally connects to the PIIRUS Windows app to show blocked-site alerts.
