SnagVid helps you find accessible video and audio on the page you are viewing and save supported media to your computer. • Compare the quality options actually exposed by the source. Bitrates appear in the expanded quality menu. • Download full video, video only or audio only where the source and media format support it. • Keep active downloads visible while switching tabs or navigating to another page. • Follow download progress in a compact popup with previews and complete video titles. • Choose a Downloads subfolder, use Chrome’s Save As dialog, and open a completed file’s location. All supported downloads are free and unlimited. No account, subscription or payment is required. Availability depends on the website, your existing access, and the media format. Some pages expose only one quality. The extension does not bypass DRM or access restrictions, does not download from YouTube, and does not promise compatibility with every website or media player. Live stream recording is not supported. Closing the entire browser or reloading the extension can interrupt jobs; browser-restart resume is not supported. Use SnagVid only for content you own or have permission to download.
