Fills in your train company's Delay Repay form from your Railhop claim. You check it, add how to be paid and submit it yourself.

Was your train late? Railhop helps UK train passengers claim Delay Repay. Free to check delays. This extension fills in the train company's claim form for you. How it works: • On railhop.app, open your claim and press "Fill in the form for me". • Railhop opens the train company's own Delay Repay form and fills in your journey, ticket and contact details, and attaches your ticket photo or TfL statement. • If something's missing, like your ticket number, it asks you. • You check the form, tick "I'm not a robot" and press Submit yourself. Railhop never submits a claim. Bank details, saved once: Railhop can fill in your bank account or PayPal email on the payment step. They're kept encrypted on your computer only, unlocked with Windows Hello, Touch ID or a PIN. Your TfL statement: press "Get My Statement from TfL" on railhop.app, sign in to TfL yourself, and Railhop fetches your last 28 days of journeys and checks them for delays. It never sees your TfL password. Private by design: • Your claim goes straight from your browser to the train company's form, never to Railhop's server. • It works only on railhop.app and the Delay Repay forms of 26 UK train companies, and only in the tab Railhop opened for your claim. • It never fills passwords or card numbers. • No adverts, no analytics, no tracking.
