Berea Labor Pay Estimator
Overview
Shows estimated earnings on your UltraTime timesheet based on your Berea College labor pay level.
Berea Labor Pay Estimator shows you how much money your labor hours are worth, right on your UltraTime timesheet. HOW TO USE IT 1. Install the extension. 2. Log in to UltraTime and open your timesheet like you normally do. 3. A "Pay Estimator" panel appears in the bottom-left corner of the page. 4. Choose your pay level from the dropdown (Level 1 to 6, Unclassified, Labor Pool, Break Rate, or enter a custom rate). 5. Answer the tax question: - No: for domestic students and students from tax treaty countries. - Yes (14%): for international students who are taxed on their paycheck. 6. The panel shows your earnings for each week, your total for the pay period, and your tax and take-home pay if you chose Yes. Your pay level and tax choice are saved, so you only set them once. Switch pay periods in UltraTime and the panel updates on its own. Click the "–" button to minimize the panel. GOOD TO KNOW - Hours come from the weekly totals on your timesheet. - This is an estimate. Your actual paycheck may differ. - The Work Grant is not included. - Pay rates are based on the Labor Program Office pay scale. If your rate is different, use "Custom rate." PRIVACY The extension only runs on the UltraTime site. It doesn't collect, store, or send your hours or personal information anywhere. Only your pay level and tax choice are saved, in your own browser. This extension is made by a Berea student and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Berea College.
