Overview
Mark videos as watched in YouTube's real watch history, with server-confirmed full progress.
Mark as watched. REALLY. Already seen a video, but YouTube forgot? Mark it as watched directly from the thumbnail’s three-dot menu. YouTube REALLY Mark As Watched saves full progress to your actual YouTube account, then verifies that YouTube recorded the video in your watch history with 100% progress. This goes beyond a local watched badge: your account history is updated, and YouTube’s native red progress bar reflects the completed video. HOW TO USE 1. Sign in to YouTube with watch history enabled. 2. Open a video thumbnail’s three-dot menu. 3. Choose “Mark as watched” and wait for confirmation. Works on desktop YouTube, including Home, channel pages, search results, playlists, and suggested videos. PRIVACY • Runs only on www.youtube.com. • Requests go directly from your browser to YouTube using your existing session. • No developer backend, analytics, advertising, or persistent local watched-video database. • The developer receives no account information or watch history. • All executable code is included in the extension. LIMITATIONS YouTube can change or reject the private playback endpoints used by this extension. Success is shown only after server confirmation.
