Hyland Group power dialer: a side-panel softphone that dials FollowUpBoss contacts and reports on-call presence.

Hyland Power Dialer is the internal calling tool for The Hyland Group real-estate team. It opens as a side panel (or full browser tab) alongside FollowUpBoss and dials your contacts one at a time — bridging your browser to the lead over a softphone, recording the call, and logging every outcome back to FollowUpBoss automatically. Drop a pre-recorded voicemail with one click, send a text or email before, during, or after a call, and run predictive "dialing events" where the system screens out voicemails and connects you only to live people. The extension also reports whether you're currently on a call to the team's internal dashboard, so managers can see live activity. This is a private tool for authorized Hyland Group staff and is not offered to the general public.
