Record visits, review SOAP notes and codes, and save physician-approved drafts to eCW Progress Notes.

HUVA Scribe eCW Beta helps clinicians transcribe visits, apply a live eCW template, review SOAP notes and codes, and enter approved drafts into an eCW Progress Note. Sign in or create a HUVA Account using an email verification code directly in the side panel. HUVA Work hospital membership, provider mapping, a subscription, payment method, and credits are not required. Workflow: • Search and select an existing eCW patient. • Review, include, exclude, or edit a working copy of available medical context. The original patient record is not changed. • Record the visit with microphone status and a live volume waveform. • After transcription, select one template from the live eCW Template List, or explicitly choose the standard HUVA format. • Generate and review six SOAP fields and suggested ICD-10-CM/CPT codes. Templates control presentation, not clinical facts. • Open the intended appointment's unlocked Progress Note yourself, review the destination, and approve entry. • Review the field checklist and separately confirm whether to Lock the note. Template content is used for the current generation only; it is not saved as a HUVA template library. The provisional session retains the applied template name, fingerprint, and time. You can return to earlier screens without losing the transcript. Regenerating with a different template requires confirmation because it replaces the current draft and code decisions. Existing eCW field contents are preserved, not overwritten. Readback results are shown for completed fields. If destination verification is lost during entry, later operations and Lock stop, and previously completed field results remain visible. Do not blindly repeat an interrupted write; inspect the actual note first. This beta supports only the authorized eClinicalWorks sandbox host declared in the package. It uses Production HUVA accounts but does not enable production eCW tenants. It does not create patients or appointments, prescribe medication, place orders, delete EHR content, submit claims, or automatically retry uncertain writes. All generated content requires clinician review. Authentication uses Clerk and the common HUVA Account identity service, independently of HUVA Work hospital and billing data. An affirmative clinical-data disclosure is required before clinical workflow access. Clinical context, audio, transcript, notes, and codes are processed only to provide the requested workflow. HUVA does not sell this data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated analytics.
