THIS EXTENSION IS FOR BETA TESTING. HUVA EHR Push BETA imports seven supported fields from a clinician-confirmed HUVA Scribe note into an editable review form. The clinician reviews and edits the imported note, saves the reviewed transfer, and manually opens the intended eClinicalWorks sandbox Progress Note. After the clinician confirms Push, the extension enters and verifies each supported destination and presents a field-by-field result checklist. Lock remains a separate physician-confirmed action. Supported fields: • Chief Complaint • HPI • Medical History • Physical Examination • Assessment • Treatment Plan • One reviewed five-digit Visit Code Existing eCW destination content is left unchanged and reported as skipped. A field that cannot be verified is reported separately and is not automatically retried. No Chrome AI model is required. When Chrome's optional on-device Prompt API is unavailable, deterministic semantic mapping is used. The extension contains no external AI, analytics, advertising, or tracking endpoint. All note processing and verification occur locally in Chrome. Reviewed note data is retained only temporarily in Chrome session storage and expires after 30 minutes. This beta supports authorized HUVA pages and the eClinicalWorks sandbox only. It does not grant or imply production eClinicalWorks authorization.
