لوحة تحكم هنقر — عمليات السائقين المباشرة لوحة تحكم هنقر هي إضافة متكاملة لمتصفح كروم، صُممت خصيصاً لمشرفي العمليات اللوجستية في منصة هنقر بالمملكة العربية السعودية. توفر الأداة رؤية شاملة ومباشرة لأداء السائقين وحالتهم الميدانية عبر مختلف المدن والمناطق. تتيح اللوحة للمشرف متابعة جميع السائقين النشطين في الوقت الفعلي، مع تصنيف واضح لحالة كل سائق سواء كان يعمل أو في بداية وردية أو في استراحة أو متأخراً. يتم تحديث البيانات تلقائياً كل ثلاثين ثانية، مع إمكانية التحديث اليدوي في أي وقت، وتظهر إشعارات فورية عند تغير حالة أي سائق. من أبرز مزايا اللوحة نظام إدارة المحافظ الذي يُنبّه المشرف عند تجاوز رصيد أي سائق للحدود المحددة، إلى جانب تقرير شامل قابل للتصدير بصيغة Excel. كما تتضمن خريطة تفاعلية مباشرة تعرض مواقع السائقين مع تمييز لوني حسب حالتهم، مما يُسهّل اتخاذ قرارات التوزيع والتشغيل. يشمل التطبيق أيضاً صفحة السجل التاريخي التي تحفظ إحصائيات يومية لكل سائق من حيث عدد الطلبات المنجزة وساعات العمل ورصيد المحفظة، مع إمكانية البحث والتصفية حسب التاريخ. وتأتي صفحة البدلاء لتمكين المشرف من تخصيص أسماء عرض بديلة لكل سائق تنعكس فورياً على جميع أجزاء التطبيق. يدعم التطبيق أكثر من خمسين مدينة سعودية، ويعمل بواجهتين لغويتين كاملتين عربية وإنجليزية، مع وضعي عرض داكن وفاتح. الواجهة مبنية باتجاه من اليمين لليسار وبخط Cairo لضمان تجربة بصرية مريحة للمستخدم العربي. Data refreshes automatically every thirty seconds, with manual refresh available at any time, and instant notifications appear whenever a rider's status changes. Among the platform's standout features is a wallet management system that alerts supervisors when any rider's cash balance exceeds defined soft or hard limits, with a fully exportable Excel report. A live interactive map displays rider locations with color-coded markers based on their current status, making dispatch and operational decisions significantly faster and more informed. The app also includes a historical statistics page that stores daily records for each rider covering completed orders, working hours, and wallet balance, with search and date-based filtering.
