Human In The Loop — Reliance Tracker
Overview
Capture AI-tool usage in your browser and file it as a draft AI-reliance record in your Human In The Loop organization.
Human In The Loop — Reliance Tracker connects your everyday AI-tool usage to your organization's AI governance workflow. **How it works** 1. As you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or Perplexity, the extension locally captures the latest prompt/response pair (copying an AI response captures that text too). 2. Open the side panel to review your queued captures. Each one is prefilled with the AI tool, source page, and captured text. 3. Complete the reliance details — output impact, data sensitivity, reliance type, human review plan, justification, intended use — and click **File reliance event**. 4. A draft AI-reliance record is created in your Human In The Loop organization, ready to enter the normal authorization workflow (review → decision → immutable permission-slip record). **Privacy by design** - Captures never leave your browser until you explicitly file them. - Filed events go only to the Human In The Loop platform URL you configure. - Your API key is stored locally in your Chrome profile. - No analytics, no advertising, no data sale — ever. Requires a Human In The Loop organization and API key (issued by your org admin). The extension does not work standalone.
