Hulu cosmetic changes: Remove Fade Scrims and Reduce amount of Fade over Controls / Subtitles
Chrome extension to remove and reduce fade overlays on Hulu. Removes the top and bottom scrim faders and significantly reduces fade box over when controls are visible. This extension makes subtitle viewing much easier on Hulu - especially when pausing or using controls. For people with low-vision or difficulty with viewing contrast on dim images, this extension removes the heavily dimmed overlay areas in the playback UI, This restores a great deal of visible detail that is obscured on nearly half the screen (top and bottom) when the scrim faders at the top and bottom of the screen are active and darkening those regions.
