Works well when it works and then suddenly it stops working. It is very difficult to replicate and troubleshoot with support.

Unbelievably disappointed. Cancelling my multiple accounts and telling everyone I used to recommend this tool to to find another. "read and change your data on all websites" is a ridiculous overstep in terms of data acquisition for a CRM

I've been a loyal user for ages, but are you KIDDING ME? "read and change your data on all websites"??? This is way too much. I will be deleting and finding another solution unless this is rolled back. The overreach is insane.
