HubSpot Form Shortcut — Instant Access to Form Performance HubSpot Form Shortcut is a lightweight Chrome extension that adds a small, unobtrusive link directly inside embedded HubSpot forms, allowing you to jump straight to the form’s performance page in HubSpot and answers the every marketer's daunting question: "Which form am I looking at here?" No searching. No copying IDs. No navigating the HubSpot UI. If you work with HubSpot forms on live websites, this extension removes friction by letting you open the form’s submissions, workflows, and campaign attribution with a single click. How it works When a page loads, HubSpot Form Shortcut runs entirely in your browser at runtime. It scans the page for embedded HubSpot forms and safely extracts the form ID and portal ID from the rendered markup. Once detected, it injects a minimal link inside the form: “🔗 Go to HubSpot Form →” Clicking the link opens the form’s HubSpot performance page, where you can review submissions, automation, workflows, and associated campaigns. That’s it. No UI overlays. No buttons. No configuration. Key features Runtime-only execution: All logic runs locally in your browser when a page loads. Nothing is stored, tracked, or transmitted. Zero data collection: This extension does not collect analytics, send data to external servers, or store personal information. It only reads what is already present in the page’s DOM. Works on embedded forms: Automatically detects HubSpot forms embedded on public websites, landing pages, and shared form pages. Handles modern HubSpot form rendering: Supports forms injected dynamically via JavaScript, including newer HubSpot embed patterns. Minimal and unobtrusive: Injects a single, clearly labeled link inside the form without modifying layout or styling beyond what’s necessary for compatibility. Flex-safe injection: Designed to behave correctly inside flexbox-based form layouts without breaking page structure. What it does not do Does not run inside the HubSpot app Does not modify form behavior or submissions Does not access contacts, submissions, or HubSpot APIs Does not require login or configuration Who it’s for Web admins and managers Marketing operations professionals RevOps and growth teams Developers working with HubSpot embeds Anyone who audits or manages HubSpot forms on live sites If you regularly find yourself asking “Which form is this?” or “Where is this form in HubSpot?” or "Wow, I need to edit that...", this extension saves time immediately.
