Getting Extension to Show Up in HubSpot

Hi there! I've installed the app (added to Chrome) and now, even with the extension pinned in my browser, I've refreshed, logged out, logged back in (a few times), but the extension isn't showing up in the far right side of my HubSpot, as it shows in the video on the application installation page. Am I missing a step? Thanks in advance. - Heather

HubSpot Attachment Missing File Type

Hello. I am looking to implement this extension into our contracting workflow however in testing I am seeing that, upon signature the executed doc attached to my HubSpot deal does not have a file type. I have to download the file and append .pdf in order to view it.

Hej,

Jag vet inte hur många gånger jag har försökt att få tillägget att fungera och har haft kontakt med er support om det tidigare. Har alla program i chrome som jag behöver ha men det fungerar ändå inte. Ni kanske bör se över användarvänligheten i kopplingen mellan hubspot och getaccept just när det kommer till första gången. Ni är jätteduktiga på att beskriva hur integrationen ska användas men helt urusla på att förklara hur den ska installeras.
