Hubble Tracker

Records your clicks and screens during Hubble live site tests so researchers can review how you used a website.

Hubble Tracker enables participants to take part in website usability studies conducted through Hubble. When a participant joins a study, the extension securely captures screenshots at click moments, click coordinates, and navigation events so researchers can better understand how people interact with websites and digital experiences. The extension is only active during research sessions that participants choose to join and is used exclusively to collect feedback and behavioral data for usability testing and user research. Researchers use this information to identify usability issues, evaluate designs, improve customer experiences, and make more informed product decisions.
