Hub Extensions

Adds productivity tools to the Hub, including multi-calendar Google Calendar meeting checks by contact email or client name.

LearningRx Check Meetings helps authorized LearningRx staff quickly identify past and upcoming Google Calendar meetings associated with Leads and Clients in the LearningRx Hub. The extension reads the currently selected Hub record and uses the displayed contact information to search an authorized Google Calendar for related meetings. It displays matching meetings directly inside the Hub so staff do not need to leave the page and manually search Calendar. The extension can distinguish the current client or potential client from siblings and other family members when that information is available. Key features: • Search past and upcoming Google Calendar meetings from LearningRx Hub Lead and Client pages • Display meeting dates, titles, and related family-member classifications • Quickly check meeting history from Hub search results • Uses authorized Google Calendar access only for meeting lookup • Does not create, edit, or delete Calendar events • Does not store Lead or Client personal information in an external database This extension is intended for authorized LearningRx staff who have access to the LearningRx Hub and the configured Google Calendar.
