The sole and simple purpose of the "HTML Email parser" extension is to locate, extract, and display email addresses found on the currently active web page and augmented content, thereby serving as a "contact-page augmentation" tool. When the user clicks the extension's icon, it automatically executes a script to scan the active page's text, HTML attributes, and potentially associated contact-like pages (e.g., /contact, /about). It then presents a prioritized, de-duplicated list of found emails in the popup, offering users quick, one-click options to copy the email or launch a mailto link. This focused functionality enhances efficiency for users needing to quickly find contact information on a website.
