Authorized HungerStation Live collector for LogisTap

HS Live Pro securely connects an authorized LogisTap account to the HungerStation Live Operations dashboard. After the user starts an authorized live session from LogisTap, the extension opens or reuses the HungerStation dashboard, selects approved cities, collects live rider operational data, and sends short-lived snapshots to the LogisTap backend for display in the LogisTap WebApp and paired Android devices. The extension never reads or stores HungerStation login credentials.
