)Overview
Automatically calculate break time from HR One punch data.
Know exactly when your 8 hours are done β automatic break and working-hours tracking for HR One. HR One Break Calculator reads your punch data from HR One (app.hrone.cloud) and turns it into a clear, live summary of your workday. No setup, no manual entry β just log in to HR One once and the extension does the rest. WHAT IT DOES β± Instant daily summary Open the popup and immediately see today's working hours, total break taken, remaining break allowance, and remaining working hours β calculated live from your actual punches, ticking in real time while you're punched in. π 8-hour completion notification The extension checks your hours in the background and sends a desktop notification the moment your 8 working hours are complete β so you never overstay because you lost track of time. π― Toolbar countdown badge The extension icon shows how long is left ("2h", "45m") while you're working and a green β when you're done. Hover the icon for an exact countdown β no need to even open the popup. πͺ "You can escape atβ¦" time Based on your first punch-in and breaks taken, the extension tells you the exact clock time you can leave. π Check any past date Pick any date from the calendar to see that day's working hours, breaks, and punch times. Days with a missing punch-out are flagged clearly. HOW TO USE 1. Install the extension. 2. Open and log in to HR One (app.hrone.cloud) β the extension picks up your session automatically. 3. That's it. Click the icon anytime for details, or just watch the badge count down to freedom. PRIVACY Your data never leaves your browser. The extension talks only to HR One's own API using your existing session, stores your session token and employee ID locally on your device, and sends nothing to any third-party server. No analytics, no tracking, no message content β ever. NOTES β’ Unofficial tool β not affiliated with or endorsed by HR One. β’ Requires an active HR One account at app.hrone.cloud. β’ Notifications require your browser to be running and notifications to be allowed in your OS settings. β’ Assumes an 8-hour workday with a 1-hour break allowance.
