Not working right now

Using Brave 1.38.111 Chromium: 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (arm64) it does not work. Flashes for a split second, but never stays visible: https://cln.sh/AmZjpb. Please help!

[v 2.4.0.0] Extension broken after the last Zendesk Update

Hy,
It is a great extension that improves massively the workflow.
Sadly it seems broken since the last update Zendesk Update.
I have the 2.4.0.0 version of the extension, I’m using it in conjunction with the Zendesk QuickTab extension and it seems that it is active only on the last tab opened.

It's broken

This extension is super, but not so lately since it no longer works. It would be most appreciated if an update to the plugin could be written. It makes life on ZenDesk so much more productive.

Refresh to get submit options

When you open a ticket, the buttons don't show up, only the option of close or stay on ticket is there. Once you either refresh the screen or close the tab and re-open the ticket will those submit option reappear.

For reference:
Using Chrome Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Using Zendesk Support Version: 13688

The plugin seems to have stopped showing automatically

Lately, I need refresh my web browser in order for the Zendesk submit tools to show when the plugin is active. This issue just started, so not sure it Zendesk changed something or what. I really enjoy the plugin and it makes things much simpler, so if you have a way to fix, that would be awesome :D Thank you for your time.

Constantly need to refresh

Hi! Lately using this extension, I wind up having to refresh to get the options to show at all. When I go into a new ticket, instead of seeing the default dropdown from ZenDesk, this extension used to show the options out of a drop down which was amazing. But now, almost every time I open a ticket, in the lower right, they are gone entirely, and I see this, https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4u19jyB, and have to refresh the browser entirely. Hope this is a simple thing to solve as this extension has been amazing, but for now I've had to turn it off. Thanks!

Still not working

I love your product but for a while now here if its enabled you lose all of the action buttons. I know you no longer actively use it, so if you need someone to test let me know.

Not Currently Working

It looks like Zendesk might have updated something that broke this tool. The submit button disappears altogether when it is enabled. Are you able to please take a look?
