Overview

Build AND / OR / NOT Boolean searches, then screen candidates' e-mails, phones and profiles from Google results and export to CSV.

E-Mail Extractor helps recruiters, HR teams and placement agents find and screen candidates faster, with clear Boolean searches. 1. BUILD A BOOLEAN SEARCH Click "Search page" in the extension. Type job titles, locations and e-mail domains, then add skills: • Must have ALL of these (AND) • Must have ANY ONE of these (OR) • Must NOT have (NOT), with quick-exclude buttons: recruiter, hiring, intern, student… • Country, company, seniority and "open to work" filters A live preview shows your search with AND / OR / NOT in colour, the exact text that is sent to Google, and a word counter for Google's 32-word limit. 2. OPEN THE RESULTS Generate a Google search link for every combination. "Open next" takes you through them one by one, with ticks and a progress bar. 3. SCREEN CANDIDATES On a results page, click the extension button. Each LinkedIn profile on the page becomes a card showing the name, headline, location, e-mail and phone (when they appear in the results). Narrow the list with AND / OR / NOT keywords, e-mail domain, "has e-mail" and "has phone". The keywords each candidate matched are highlighted. 4. SHORTLIST AND EXPORT • Download the filtered list as a CSV file (opens in Excel or Google Sheets) • Copy every e-mail address in one click • Shortlist candidates across many searches, then download one combined sheet WORKS WITH SENDBRO SEARCH LINKS Already use the SendBro LinkedIn Email Finder page? E-Mail Extractor also reads the results of those search links, and of any Google results page. E-Mail Extractor is an independent tool and is not affiliated with sendbro.com. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs in your browser. The extension only reads a page when you click its button. It saves your filters and shortlist on your own computer, and does not send your shortlist or extracted candidate data to us. When you open a generated search link, your search query is sent to Google. No account, no tracking. Contact details only appear when a person has made them public and they are shown in the search results. Please use them responsibly and follow the data-protection laws that apply to you.
