Linking my LOS/CRM to ZipWhip Extension

How do I link the two? When I click the SMS button in my LOS/CRM, a "Open Messaging?" box appears with no selection available for ZipWhip app or Chrome Extension.

Can't open from Computer

The icon with the number of notifications is visible but not able to open from desktop. Seems to be working fine on the phone

ZipWip Extension

The ZipWip extension on chrome keeps deactivating. The little z next to phone numbers that allow you to click right away to text are no longer there.

Keeps Logging Out

ZW will not stay logged in on my extension. It is happening on our work computer and my personal computer. It is taking 2x's longer to get work accomplished.

Extension keeps decactivating

The Zipwhip chrome extension keeps deactivating. This causes me not to be able to text from my Pipedrive CRM. I have tried removing and reinstalling multiple times and have cleared cookies. What else can I do to fix this?

all numbers verified as textable

Every phone number is displaying with the little Z icon like its text able even if its a standard POTS line.

Wont log in

This extension hardly ever works. Starting in about december the auto login stopped working which makes sending confirmation texts take forever. Now it wont even log in at all, and I have done everything I can think of from deleting everything and redownloading, to removing and re adding the extension. Very disappointed as I see people have been having this issue since at least november and I see no response from your end.
