TB - TA Won't Sync & Extension broken?

TB Extension is installed yet it flashes that it's not and I can't sync with TA because it says I need to be logged in, when I am.

System is not working

Hi i been trying to add xpaths to my TA account and I cant do it, I am logged in and the system says I am not logged in. I cant find a solution to the issue.
