A debugger tool helps to intercept howxm web sdk request and response

HowXM(https://howxm.com) is a saas product and provides the ability to embed jssdk into client's web page. Once the sdk in integreted, it will communicate with backend server throught network. This extension has two features: 1. It will create a new devtools panel for the end user to inspect the network request and parameters. 2. It will create a context menu that could show howxm widget in current tab.
