"How Do You Feel Today?" is a simple and insightful browser extension that helps you track your daily emotions and understand your mood patterns over time. By recording how you feel once a day, you can gain valuable insights into your emotional well-being. ▣ How The Extension Helps You? This extension helps you check in with yourself daily, track mood patterns, and reflect on how you feel. You can add notes about your emotions to gain deeper insights and recognize what influences your well-being. With mood reports, you’ll see trends over time, celebrate positive days, and navigate tough ones with more awareness. A simple daily check-in can make a big difference! ▣ How It Works? ● Every day, the extension will ask, "How do you feel today?" by opening a new tab after your chosen time in "Settings" page. ● You can select a mood from 10 options and optionally add a note about your day. ● Your responses are stored and analyzed to generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports. ▣ Privacy Your data stays on your browser storage. Nothing is sent to external servers or to our servers. ▣ Performance The extension is designed to be lightweight and does not slow down your browsing experience and doesn't impact your website loading time. Browser performance suggestions had been applied to the extension.
