Hover Reader – Accessibility TTS

An accessibility-focused text-to-speech extension that reads text aloud on hover and via keyboard shortcuts.

Hover Reader is an accessibility-focused text-to-speech extension designed to assist visually impaired users. When enabled, the extension reads aloud text located under the mouse cursor. Users can also control reading using keyboard shortcuts, including replaying the current sentence, stopping speech, adjusting reading speed, and toggling hover reading on or off.
