ours Tracker is the desktop companion to the Hours Tracker apps. Log your shifts in a few clicks and see what the week is worth — without an account, a subscription, or sending anything off your computer. WEEKLY TIMESHEET Keep a simple 7-day record of the hours you work. Enter a start and end time for each shift, and add any breaks you took; break time is subtracted from the hours worked. You can log more than one shift in a day and leave a short note on each one. Move back or forward a week to look at earlier pay periods. PAY AND OVERTIME Set your hourly rate, overtime multiplier and tax rate once, then every shift is priced with them. When automatic overtime is on, hours beyond your weekly threshold are counted as overtime across the whole week rather than per day, which matches how weekly overtime is normally calculated. Weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly pay periods are supported, and the week can start on Monday, Sunday or Saturday. Your weekly total shows regular hours, overtime hours, gross pay and an estimate of pay after tax. OVERTIME ESTIMATOR A separate calculator for planning ahead. Enter regular and overtime hours to see what a shift would be worth. Presets cover time and a half and double time; you can also enter your own multiplier or a flat overtime hourly rate. The breakdown shows regular pay, overtime pay, gross pay and pay after tax. It does not read or change your timesheet. HOW IT FITS YOUR BROWSER Open it from the toolbar, or keep it docked in the side panel while you work. It runs offline once installed, and your data is kept in Chrome's local extension storage on your computer. You can export a JSON backup at any time and import it on another computer. PRIVACY There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no network requests. Everything you enter stays in local extension storage on your device.
