Hourly Bleed

See the real dollar cost of your browser distractions at your actual hourly rate.

Put a price tag on your browser distractions. Hourly Bleed estimates the opportunity cost of time spent on websites you choose, using your hourly rate. Its toolbar badge shows a running dollar total, and the popup gives you today's itemized bill, top distracting sites and your rolling 7-day history. Hourly Bleed is a paid extension: a one-time $8.99 license, purchased through Lemon Squeezy on the website, unlocks it. Without a license the extension stays locked. One payment, no subscription. - Set your hourly rate and choose which domains count as distractions. - See today's estimated cost, top offenders and social-site subtotal. - Look back over a rolling 7-day history, per site per day. - Export the last 7 days as an itemized CSV. - Pause counting when Chrome is not focused or you are idle. - Your settings and history stay locally in your browser. No account is required to use the extension. Browsing data is not sent to a server. License signatures are checked locally in the extension; buying a license happens separately on the website. The dollar amounts are estimates of time multiplied by your chosen rate, not actual charges, invoices or proof of income lost. Hourly Bleed is an awareness tool, not a website blocker or a precise timesheet. To start: install, buy a license on the website, paste the key in Settings, set your hourly rate and review your distracting-site list.
