HourHaul – Timesheet & Invoice Maker for Google Calendar
Overview
Turn a Google Calendar export into a timesheet: hours per client, tag or calendar, CSV and Excel export, and an invoice summary.
★ 100% PRIVATE: YOUR CALENDAR NEVER LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER ★ NO GOOGLE SIGN-IN. NO UPLOADS. NO SERVERS. NO TRACKING. Unlike online calendar-to-Excel websites, HourHaul never asks you to log in with Google or upload your calendar. Everything is read and calculated right inside your browser, so client names and appointments stay private. That matters for therapists, coaches and anyone with confidential clients. Turn your Google Calendar into a timesheet in seconds: total hours per client, export to Excel or CSV, and print an invoice summary. Made for freelancers, tutors, therapists, coaches and consultants who bill by the hour and already schedule their work in Google Calendar. HOW IT WORKS 1. In Google Calendar, open Settings, then Import & export, then Export. A .zip file downloads. 2. Drop that .zip (or any .ics file) into HourHaul. No need to unzip it. 3. Pick a date range and see your hours. Export a CSV or Excel timesheet, or open the invoice summary. GROUP HOURS YOUR WAY • By client: put the client in square brackets, like "[Acme Co] Strategy call", or use a hashtag, like "Tutoring #rivera" • By calendar, by keywords you choose, or by day, week or month • Add a second level, for example client, then week HANDLES REAL CALENDARS • Repeating events, including skipped, moved and cancelled sessions • Time zones and daylight saving, shown in the time zone you pick • All-day events are left out by default, or count them as a set number of hours per day • Skips events you declined • Round each event up to 6, 15 or 30 minutes, skip events by keyword (like "lunch" or "gym"), and choose which calendars count EXPORTS • CSV timesheet: date, start, end, hours (decimal and h:mm), calendar, client and title • CSV summary: hours per group with a total • Excel (.xlsx): a Summary sheet and an Entries sheet with real dates and numbers • Invoice summary: hours × your hourly rate per client, your name and details, an optional list of every session, and notes. Print it or save it as a PDF. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your calendar file is read inside your browser and never uploaded. • No Google sign-in and no access to your Google account. • No HourHaul servers, no analytics, no tracking. • Only one permission: storage, for your settings on this computer. PRICING • Free: one month's report (CSV, Excel and invoice summary) for any month you choose, plus on-screen summaries for any range • Unlimited: $19 one-time (secure checkout by Stripe via ExtensionPay) • 14-day full refund: email britnykaminski11@gmail.com with your purchase email Try it first with "Try with demo data", which loads a made-up freelancer's calendar. Works with Google Calendar's export and with standard .ics files from Apple Calendar and Outlook. HourHaul is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Calendar is a trademark of Google LLC.
