Overview
A frictionless time tracker. Tap to start, swipe to delete, sync across devices.
Hourcraft is a frictionless time tracker for people who just want to know where their hours go. Tap a task to start the timer, tap to stop — your time is tracked, organized, and ready to review. No projects to configure, no timesheets to fill in, no learning curve. Open it in Chrome's side panel and track time right beside the work you're doing: start a task, watch the toolbar badge count up, and keep working. Everything syncs with the Hourcraft web app at hourcraft.app, so your data follows you. WHY HOURCRAFT Most time tracking fails because it asks too much: clients, projects, tags, forms. Hourcraft is built around one idea — starting a timer should be as fast as glancing at a clock. One tap to start. One tap to pause. Stop when you're done and the session lands in your history automatically. TRACK TIME (FREE) • One-tap task timers — start, pause, resume, stop; elapsed time ticks live • Tasks with categories, so your hours organize themselves • Automatic session history — day, week, and all-time views with weekly bar charts • Start a second task and the first auto-pauses — no double-counted minutes • Swipe to delete, bulk select, undo — fast cleanup • The timer survives reloads, sleep, and closed tabs (timestamp-based, always accurate) • Chrome side panel + toolbar badge with live elapsed time (Ctrl+Shift+Y / ⌘⇧Y) • Passwordless sign-in — a one-time email link, nothing to remember • Light and dark themes GO PRO — $4/month, $29/year, or $59 once (lifetime) • Unlimited categories and your full history, forever • Advanced reports — weekly trends, category breakdown, and an activity heatmap over 4 to 26 weeks • Pomodoro mode — real focus cycles with break reminders, notifications, and an optional chime. Finished cycles consolidate into one session tagged 🍅 ×N, so four pomodoros read as a single clean block of deep work, breaks automatically excluded • Cross-device sync — start a timer in the side panel, see it running on your laptop within seconds • CSV export — clean columns for invoicing, billable hours, and timesheets • Weekly summary email every Monday — your hours, top categories, and the trend vs last week • 14-day money-back guarantee on every plan. Cancel anytime, self-serve PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads. No trackers. No analytics scripts watching you work • Your data is yours: export it to CSV, or delete your account and everything in it in two taps • Passwordless magic-link sign-in — we never store a password • The extension talks only to hourcraft.app, with minimal permissions: storage (your sign-in), alarms and notifications (Pomodoro reminders), side panel WHO IT'S FOR • Freelancers and consultants tracking billable hours — export a clean CSV at invoice time • Remote workers and indie makers who want an honest picture of the week • Students and deep-work devotees running Pomodoro focus cycles • Anyone who's reached Friday wondering where the week actually went GETTING STARTED 1. Pin Hourcraft and open the side panel (Ctrl+Shift+Y / ⌘⇧Y) 2. Sign in with your email — a one-time link, no password 3. Add a task, tap play, get to work. That's the whole tutorial. Your first three categories and a rolling week of history are free forever. Upgrade when you want the full picture. Questions? support@aurificlabs.com — a human answers.
