Counts the number of positive bids/preferences when on the HotCRP Bidding Preferences page

After bidding on ICSE 2024 with like a million papers, I got tired of counting my bids manually. This very simple extension keeps an always visible running count of your positive bids and can show a table of how many bids at each preference level. Should work for any HotCRP instance.
