HorizonCraft
Overview
An ArtCraft-inspired reskin for the UCP Horizon portal.
HorizonCraft is a visual and usability overhaul for the UCP Horizon student portal (horizon.ucp.edu.pk). Built with an editorial dark/light aesthetic, it cleans up clutter, fixes broken layouts, and surfaces what you actually care about each day. Key Features: • Clean Academics Dashboard Clear CGPA scale, earned vs. in-progress credit hours, and a streamlined student profile badge. • Today's Class Schedule An organized timeline at the top of your dashboard showing today's sessions, lab vs. lecture tags, session numbers, and a real-time "Live Now" indicator for current classes. • Course & Results Overhaul Cleaner course cards with assignment indicators, direct one-click download buttons for course files, and balanced grade views across semesters. • Streamlined Submissions Replaces cramped native submission dialogs with clean metadata badges, readable due dates, and distinct action buttons so you know exactly when work is due and what to submit. • Dark & Light Modes Carefully tuned high-contrast color schemes (Paper light theme and Ink dark theme) that make late-night study sessions much easier on the eyes. Privacy & Security: • HorizonCraft runs 100% locally in your browser. • It never collects, tracks, or transmits any passwords, personal credentials, or academic records. • It only applies styling and layout improvements to the official portal pages you are already logged into. An independent project built with care for UCP students.
