HopeHire Assistant fills out job applications for you using the resume and profile already stored in your HopeHire account, tracks every application you submit, and reaches out to a contact at that company on your behalf. HOW IT WORKS - Log into HopeHire once. The extension picks up your existing session automatically; if you're not logged in yet, it opens the normal HopeHire login flow for you. - On a job application page, it fills what it can from your resume and profile, including work experience, education, and skills sections, and attaches your resume file automatically where it can confidently tell which upload field is for it. For open-ended questions it can't answer directly, it uses AI grounded in your resume and HopeHire memory bank, and flags anything it isn't confident about so you can review it before submitting. - It never submits a form for you. You always click submit yourself. It also never auto-fills or guesses Social Security number or demographic self-identification questions (race, gender, veteran or disability status), which always need your own direct answer. - After you submit, it asks if that application went through. If you confirm, it tracks the application in your HopeHire dashboard and sends a personalized outreach email, referencing the actual job posting, to a contact at that company automatically. - Works with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and LinkedIn Easy Apply out of the box, plus a general-purpose fallback for any other site's application form.
