Hookpost

Connects your Skool account to Hookpost, so Hookpost can post to your Skool community for you.

Hookpost schedules and publishes posts to your social channels from one calendar. This extension adds Skool to those channels. Skool has no public posting API, so Hookpost connects to Skool through your own Skool sign-in in Chrome. You need a Hookpost account (hookpost.hookstep.in) and a Skool account. How it works 1. Sign in to Skool in Chrome. 2. In Hookpost, open Add Channel and choose Skool. 3. Hookpost asks the extension for your Skool sign-in. The extension reads two Skool cookies (client_id and auth_token) and passes them to the Hookpost page, which saves them to your Hookpost workspace, encrypted. 4. Once a day the extension sends the current values of those two cookies to Hookpost, so your Skool channel stays connected while you stay signed in to Skool. What it does not do - It reads no other cookies, no browsing history and nothing on the pages you visit. It has no content scripts. - It answers only hookpost.hookstep.in and sends data only to Hookpost. - It shows no ads and contains no analytics or tracking.
