Hona - Business App

I love how the extension automatically pulls up the case in Hona that I'm viewing in my CRM! This extension and company improves client communication for law firms significantly.

Not useful for small firms. Sales office works overtime while actual product training, installation, and support is non-existent. Would not recommend unless you like being treated like a mushroom. The company was actually sold to another software company, so if you signed a contract for services, and they didn't provide them, they don't care.
