How it works ⚙️ Open any property on Rightmove. On sale listings, Homi Metrics detects the postcode and injects the sold-price insight panel automatically. On rental listings, it adds an Average monthly rents panel for the same area. Use the postcode scope selector to view sold-price stats for the outward code, sector, or full postcode. For rents, switch between “By bedrooms” and “By property type”, adjust the period, and hover over the chart to see exact monthly values. For GP Scores, the nearest practice appears first; click More GP practices to expand the rest, and Show detailed scores for category-level breakdowns.
