Adds keyboard navigation to the Homestuck webcomic

Adds keyboard navigation to the MSPA webcomics. Currently supports the following keys: Right arrow key: Next page Left arrow key: Previous page L or Right Ctrl key: Opens or closes Dialoglog/Pesterlog The arrow key shortcuts currently do not work on flash pages due to conflicts with the game flashes.
