Rightmove's filters rely on how agents tag a listing, so auctions, shared-ownership flats, over-55s retirement flats and cash-buyer-only homes still turn up in your results. HomeHunt Filter reads the text shown on each Rightmove results card and hides or dims the ones that mention: • Auction, including Modern Method of Auction • Shared ownership • Retirement or over-55s • Cash buyers only Turn each category on or off from the toolbar. Dim keeps listings on the page but faded, if you'd rather check them yourself. The popup shows how many listings were hidden on the current page. It works on keywords, so it can be wrong: a listing that mentions "auction" in passing may be hidden. Use Dim if that worries you. It only sees the text shown on the results card, not the full property description, so some listings will slip through. No account, no tracking and no network requests.
