Homefairly is independent. It is not a listing site, a lender, or a brokerage, and it does not represent the seller. How it works: 1. Install Homefairly and open any listing on a supported site. 2. The verdict panel appears in the corner of the page. 3. See the price assessment, estimated fair value, and a suggested offer range. Plans: • Homefairly ($14/mo): honest verdicts on homes and condos. • Homefairly Pro ($29/mo): adds vacant land and lots. • Homefairly for Agents ($49/mo): ad-free, agent-branded panel for your clients. A: It pulls recent comparable sales (sold listings near the property), trims outliers, and computes a fair-value range based on price per square foot.
