Overview
See the Google Business Profiles behind any home service company and where it advertises — on its site, in Google results and Maps.
Home Service Base turns the tab you are already on into a company profile. Open a plumber's, roofer's or HVAC company's website and click the icon: the side panel shows what we hold on that domain — without leaving the page. WHAT THE PANEL SHOWS • Overview — the company, its category, franchise brand and how long the domain has been online, with its footprint at a glance: linked locations, total reviews, review-weighted rating, states and cities covered. • Locations — the Google Business Profiles linked to that domain: name, city, category, rating and review count, which ones are still unclaimed, a link straight to the Google listing, and a Track rank chip that opens map rank tracking for that location in the app. • Ads — Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta and Bing, each with its real state: advertising now, stopped, checked and quiet, or never checked — with the advertiser name, when ads were first seen, and one click into the network's own public ad library. Detected software — the CRM, booking, call tracking and review tools a site runs — is included from the Business plan. IN GOOGLE, AS YOU SEARCH Search the way you already do. Every result we hold data for gets a small badge with its location count and ad channels — organic results, the sponsored ads, and the businesses in the map pack — and the same badge appears on place cards in Google Maps. Click it and the panel switches to that company; on a business listing the badge also offers to track its map rank. One switch in the panel turns the badges off. WHAT IT NEEDS A Home Service Base account. The panel signs in with the session you already have on homeservicebase.com — no second password, no separate login — and everything it shows obeys the plan you are on. New accounts start with a 3-day trial; plans start at $39/month. See homeservicebase.com/pricing. WHAT IT CAN AND CANNOT SEE • It sends the hostname of the tab you are on — never the page address, its contents, or anything you type. • On a Google results or Maps page it reads the hostnames of the results to decide which ones to badge. It never reads what you searched for. • It runs inside no other site, and it is read-only: nothing it does can change your account. • The only thing it keeps on your machine is whether you want the badges on.
