SurgyScribe detects your EHR's own form fields, records your dictation, and fills the AI-transcribed note straight back in.

SurgyScribe for any EHR lets a doctor dictate a patient visit directly into their hospital or clinic's own EHR/HIS system — no integration or cooperation from that EHR's vendor required. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your SurgyScribe account. 2. Turn SurgyScribe on for your EHR's website (one click, one time). 3. The first time you use it on a given screen, confirm which field is which clinical section (e.g. "Diagnosis", "Prescriptions") — SurgyScribe remembers this for every future patient on that same screen. 4. Click the floating SurgyScribe button, record the visit (Direct dictation or Doctor+Patient Conversation mode, with pause/resume), and click Process. 5. Your dictation is transcribed and organized into clinical sections by SurgyScribe's AI, written straight into your EHR's own form fields, and saved to your SurgyScribe account exactly like a note created through the SurgyScribe web app — so your existing notes list and follow-up tools all work the same way.
