It uses hnschat as a whole, with all of it's functionality, and adds it directly to your browser. Hnschat is a decentralised chat that uses the handshake protocol. More information on the protocol can be found on handshake.org. Hnschat itself is still being developed. Every day new features are being added. It has become the meeting point for the HNS-community!
